Dr. Robert Mosomi. Ombati is a Lecturer, Former Chairman Department of Economics, Post Graduate Supervisor, School website Champion, University CBC Implementation Committee member, Linkages and International Programmes Committee member, Commissioner electoral committee of South Eastern Kenya University Student Association Elections, member to the Board of Post-Graduate Studies Committee, 10th Graduation Mace bearer, Mentor, Career Development Advisor, Sekusda Patron. Dr. Ombati has authored and co-authored several books and published one chapter in a book, to his credit are several scientific research publications in high impact journals. Dr. Ombati holds a Ph.D degree in Accounting, with research focus on Global Implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards with Special Reference to India, Kenya, Germany, Russia and China. He also has a master of Philosophy degree in Accounting, Master of Commerce degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce.
