Ms. Purity Kanja Kamiru is a tutorial fellow, a scholar and a researcher in the Department of Economics, School of Business and Economics, South Eastern Kenya University. She is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Economics (First Class Honours) from South Eastern Kenya University, where she was recognized as the best student in the School of Business and Economics, for the graduating class of 2016. She also holds a Masters degree in Economics from Kenyatta University. Purity is currently a PhD student, Pursuing PhD in Economics at Kenyatta University. Her areas of interest include: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Mathematics for economists, Development economics and Public Sector economics. Purity is a member of Econometrics Association of Kenya.
