Dr. Taratisio Ndwiga holds BSc (Environmental Health), Master of Public Health and PhD in Public Health. He is an alumni of Kenyatta University and University of Central Nicaragua and is registered public Health officer by PHOTC. He is currently an examiner with the PHOTC Council. He has taught at Moi University, Masinde Muliro University and now South Eastern Kenya University. He has published more has 30 Peer reviewed articles. He has also taught Part time at Kisii University-Eldoret campus for one year.
He has coordinated attachment one (rural Health) and Attachment two (Urban health) at Moi University for over five years and Masinde Muliro for one year. His Interest includes Waste management, Non communicable diseases, Epidemiology, Water and environmental Pollution among other areas of Public Health.
