Mr. Erastus M. Ndeleva is currently the Director, Human Resources Management, South Eastern Kenya University (SEKU). Prior to this appointment, he was the Principal Human Resources Officer at the County Assembly of Kitui, a legislative government agency where he was responsible for all HR related matters for the last seven (7) years.
He was also the Group Head of Human Resources at Quest Holdings Ltd, a Debt Management firm for three (3) years as well as HR Manager at APEC Consortium Ltd, a Civil Engineering Consultancy firm for another three (3) years.
Further, he is currently pursuing a PhD in HR at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. In addition, he holds a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management, holds a practicing licence as well as being a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM).
He is an alumnus of Kenyatta University where pursued his Masters of Business in Administration (MBA) degree with a specialty in Strategic Management.
In terms of experience, he has an overall thirteen (13) years of proven Human Resources Management experience gained in diverse institutions and settings notably civil engineering, debt management, a legislative government institution and now an institution of higher learning.
